# The Environmental Protection (Microbeads) (England) Regulations 2017, Paragraph 15: Appeal against compensation decision


A person may appeal against a decision not to award compensation or the amount of compensation awarded—
(a) on the grounds that the regulator’s decision was unreasonable;
(b) on the grounds that the amount offered was based on incorrect facts;
(c) for any other reason.
