# The Environmental Regulation (Enforcement Measures) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2026, Article 3: Revocation


The following are revoked—
(a) the Environmental Regulation (Enforcement Measures) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2020,
(b) article 2(2) of the Environmental Regulation (Enforcement Measures) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2023.
