# The Environmental Regulation (Enforcement Measures) (Scotland) Order 2015, Article 13: Amendment of the Scottish Land Court Act 1993


In section 1(7) of the Scottish Land Court Act 1993 (determination by Court of Session of point of law), after “enactment” insert “, or under the Environmental Regulation (Enforcement Measures) (Scotland) Order 2015”.
