  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 208(2) and (8) of the Equality Act 2010, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nEquality\nMade ***\nComing into force 1st October 2012\nThis Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 197(1) and 207(4) and (6) of the Equality Act 2010.\nIn accordance with section 208(2) and (8) of that Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of those powers:",
