  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 208(2) and (8) of the Equality Act 2010, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nEquality\nMade 2010\nComing into force in accordance with Article 1\nA draft of this Order was laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 208(2) and (8) of the Equality Act 2010.\nThis Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 207(4), (6) and (7) and 216 of the Equality Act 2010. The power under section 207(4)(b) of that Act is exercised in its application to section 216 of that Act.\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of those powers, makes the following Order:",
