  "text": "This draft Statutory Instrument supersedes the draft of the same title which was laid before Parliament and published on 19th June (ISBN 978-0-11-111675-3). It is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that draft Statutory Instrument.\nDraft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 208 of the Equality Act 2010, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nEquality\nMade ***\nComing into force 1st October 2014\nThese Regulations are made in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 139A and 207(1) and (4) of the Equality Act 2010.\nThe Secretary of State has consulted the Minister for Employment Relations and Consumer Affairs and the Lord Chancellor in accordance with section 139A(12) of that Act.\nIn accordance with section 208(4), (5)(ea) and (8) of that Act, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations:",
