  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 208 of the Equality Act 2010, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nEquality\nMade 2017\nComing into force 6th April 2017\nThe Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 78 and 207(1) and (4) of the Equality Act 2010.\nIn accordance with section 208(4), (5)(b) and (8) of the Equality Act 2010, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
