# The Equality Act 2010 (Public Authorities and Consequential and Supplementary Amendments) Order 2011, Article 5: Consequential amendment coming into force on 5th April 2011


In paragraph 6 of Schedule 5 to the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 (adjudicators: procedure), for paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a) section 149 of the Equality Act 2010,”.
