  "text": "(1) The amendment in paragraph (2) applies to the entries in the Schedule under the heading “Other educational bodies” which begin—\n(a) “The board of management”; and\n(b) “The governing body”.\n(2) For “fundable body (within the meaning of section 6(2)”, substitute “post-16 education body (within the meaning of section 35(1)”.",
