# The Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2016, Regulation 3: Regulation 2A


In regulation 2A (further listed authorities)—
(a) in paragraph (2), for “to (6)” substitute “and (4)”;
(b) omit paragraphs (5) and (6); and
(c) in paragraph (7)—
(i) omit sub-paragraph (a) and the word “and” immediately after it; and
(ii) in sub-paragraph (b)(i), for “, 4(1)(a), 7(2)(a) and 8(1)(a)” substitute “and 4(1)(a)”.
