# The Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2022, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2022 and come into force on 4 May 2022.
