# The Equality Act 2010 (Statutory Duties) (Scotland) Regulations 2011, Regulation 4: Mainstreaming equality


Each listed authority must publish a report on the action it has taken and the progress it has made to ensure that, in carrying out its functions, the section 149(1) duty is being taken into account—
(a) not later than 6th April 2012; and
(b) subsequently, at intervals of not more than two years, beginning with the date of publication of the last report.
