  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 208(4),(5)(c) and (8) of the Equality Act 2010 for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nEquality\nEmployment And Training\nMade 2011\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 81, 207(1) and (4)(b) and 212(1) of the Equality Act 2010.\nIn accordance with section 208(4), (5)(c) and (8) of that Act, a draft of these Regulations was laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.",
