  "text": "This Draft Statutory Instrument has been printed in substitution of the Draft Statutory Instruments of the same title, which were laid on 7th and 8th March 2007, and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of those Draft Statutory Instruments.\nDraft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 81(4)(b) of the Equality Act 2006, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nSEXUAL ORIENTATION DISCRIMINATION\nMade 2007\nComing into force 30th April 2007\nThe Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 81(1) of the Equality Act 2006.\nIn accordance with section 81(4)(b) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
