# The Equine (Records, Identification and Movement) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 13: Amendments to Article 10


In Article 10—
(a) in paragraph 1(a), omit the words from “, or an equivalent” to the end;
(b) in paragraph 3(b), omit the words from “or an authorised” to the end.
