In Article 12—
(a) in the heading, for “Union” substitute “United Kingdom”;
(b) in paragraph 1—
(i) for “Union” substitute “United Kingdom”;
(ii) omit “or in accordance with Article 26(2)”;
(c) omit paragraph 2;
(d) in paragraph 3—
(i) in the words before point (a), for “paragraphs 1 and 2” substitute “paragraph 1”;
(ii) in point (b), for “Article 5(1)(a)” substitute “Article 5(1)(a)(iii) and (iv)”.
