Regulation 29 Amendments to Article 25

In Article 25—

(a)

in paragraph 1, for “the same Member State” substitute “the United Kingdom”;

(b)

for paragraph 2 substitute—

“2.

Paragraph 1 also applies in relation to the transportation of registered equidae or equidae for breeding and production within the United Kingdom in circumstances where those equidae have entered the United Kingdom from a member State.”.
