  "text": "In Article 39—\n(a) in paragraph 1, for “Member States” substitute “The appropriate authority”;\n(b) in paragraph 2—\n(i) in the words before point (a), for “those Member States that have” substitute “a constituent territory of the United Kingdom which has”;\n(ii) in point (a), for “accordance with Article 40” substitute “the other constituent territories of the United Kingdom and in member States”;\n(c) for paragraph 3 substitute—\n“3. The appropriate authority must make the name, address and contact details of the central database of a constituent territory available to member States, the other constituent territories of the United Kingdom and to the public.”.",
