# The Equine (Records, Identification and Movement) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 51: Amendments to the Annex to the EEA Agreement


In Annex 1 to the EEA agreement (veterinary and phytosanitary matters), in Chapter 1 (veterinary issues), omit the words from “The provisions of” to the end of the second paragraph of point (c) in the following provisions——
(a) Part 2 (zootechnics), section 2.2 (application texts), point 33;
(b) Part 4 (animal health: exchange and placing on the market of live animals), section 4.2 (application texts), point 85.
