  "text": "(1) In Article 4—\n(a) in the heading and in paragraph 1, for “Union” substitute “United Kingdom”;\n(b) in paragraph 2—\n(i) in point (a)—\n(aa) for points (i) and (ii) substitute—\n“(i) Article 9 of this Regulation or of the EU Regulation, for equidae born in the United Kingdom or the Union; or\n(ii) Article 14 of this Regulation or of the EU Regulation, for equidae imported into the United Kingdom or the Union;”;\n(bb) in point (iii), after “30” insert “of this Regulation or of the EU Regulation,”;\n(cc) in point (iv), after “Article 32” insert “of this Regulation or of the EU Regulation,”;\n(ii) in point (b)—\n(aa) in point (i), after “Article 24” insert “of this Regulation or of the EU Regulation”;\n(bb) in point (ii), after “Article 26(2)” insert “of the EU Regulation”.",
