# The Equivalence Determinations for Financial Services (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 14: The Financial Services (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020


In regulation 9(4) of the Financial Services (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, in new regulation 96, in new Article 38(2)—
(a) at the end of paragraph (a), omit “and”;
(b) in paragraph (b), for “purposes.” substitute “purposes; and”;
(c) after paragraph (b), insert—
“(c) amend or revoke any decision to which Article 5(1)(b)(ii) refers.”.
