Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the European Union Extradition Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on a date to be notified in the London, Edinburgh and Belfast Gazettes.

In these Regulations “the Act” means the Extradition Act 1989^f1.
