  "text": "When giving the notification referred to in Article 18(2), a Member State may declare that Article 15 of the European Convention on Extradition and Article 14 (1) of the Benelux Treaty shall continue to apply except where Article 13 of the Convention on simplified extradition procedure between the Member States of the European Union provides otherwise or where the person concerned consents to be re-extradited to another Member State.",
