  "text": "Extradition for the purpose of prosecution shall not be refused on the ground that the request is supported, pursuant to Article 12(2)(a) of the European Convention on Extradition or Article 11(2)(a) of the Benelux Treaty, by an order of the judicial authorities of the requesting Member State to deprive the person of his liberty in a place other than a penitentiary institution.",
