34A

Schedule 1A provides for the application of this Act as between—

(a)

the United Kingdom and states other than the Republic of Ireland that are parties to the 1995 Convention;

(b)

the United Kingdom and states other than the Republic of Ireland that are parties to the 1996 Convention.”.
