  "text": "This draft Statutory Instrument supersedes the draft of the same title which was laid before Parliament and published on 8th October 2020 (ISBN 978-0-348-21310-2). It is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that draft Statutory Instrument.\nDraft Regulations laid before Parliament under paragraph 15(1) of Schedule 7 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nExiting The European Union\nEuropean Union\nMade ***\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1\nThe Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 23(1) and (2) of, and paragraphs 21(b) and 26 of Schedule 7 to, the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, and section 41(1) and (2) of the European Union (Withdrawal Agreement) Act 2020.\nIn accordance with paragraph 15(1) of Schedule 7 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, a draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
