# Extradition Act 2003 (Amendment to Designations) (No.2) Order 2005, Article 2


(1) Articles 2(2) and 3(2) of the Extradition Act 2003 (Designation of Part 2 Territories) Order 2003 are amended by omitting “Italy”.
(2) Article 2(2) of the Extradition Act 2003 (Designation of Part 1 Territories) Order 2003 is amended by inserting “Italy” after “Ireland”.
