  "text": "(1) Articles 2(2) and 3(2) of the Extradition Act 2003 (Designation of Part 2 Territories) Order 2003 are amended by omitting the territories listed in paragraph (3).\n(2) Article 2(2) of the Extradition Act 2003 (Designation of Part 1 Territories) Order 2003 is amended by inserting (in the appropriate place) the territories listed in paragraph (3).\n(3) Those territories are:\nAustria;\nCyprus;\nFrance;\nHungary;\nLatvia;\nLithuania;\nLuxembourg;\nMalta;\nThe Netherlands;\nPoland;\nSlovenia.",
