Article 2
(1)
Articles 2(2) and 3(2) of the Extradition Act 2003 (Designation of Part 2 Territories) Order 2003f1 are amended by omitting the territories listed in paragraph (3).
(2)
Article 2(2) of the Extradition Act 2003 (Designation of Part 1 Territories) Order 2003f2 is amended by inserting (in the appropriate place) the territories listed in paragraph (3).
(3)
Those territories are—

Czech Republic;
-
Estonia;
-
Germany;
-
Greece;
-
Slovakia.
