  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 223(5) of the Extradition Act 2003, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nEXTRADITION\nMade ***\nComing into force in accordance with article 1\nThe Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 69(1), 71(4), 73(5), 74(11)(b), 84(7), 86(7) and 223(3)(b) and (8) of the Extradition Act 2003.\nIn accordance with section 223(5) of that Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
