# The Extradition Act 2003 (Codes of Practice and Transit Code of Practice) Order 2021, Article 2: Date on which codes of practice come into operation


The codes of practice entitled “Extradition Act 2003: Codes of Practice” laid before Parliament on 22nd February 2021 come into operation on 1st May 2021.
