# The Extradition Act 2003 (Codes of Practice and Transit Code of Practice) Order 2021, Article 3: Date on which codes of practice come into operation


The code of practice entitled “Code of Practice for Non-UK Extradition Transit” laid before Parliament on 22nd February 2021 comes into operation on 1st May 2021.
