# Extradition Act 2003 (Part 3 Designation) (Amendment) Order 2005, Article 1


This Order may be cited as the Extradition Act 2003 (Part 3 Designation) (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 1st April 2005 or the day after the day on which it is made, whichever is the later.
