Article 2
Article 2 of the Extradition Act 2003 (Part 3 Designation) Order 2003f1 is amended as follows:
(a)
substitute “(a) the Director of the Revenue and Customs Prosecutions Office;” for “(a) any Inland Revenue officer, of grade B1 or above, attached to the Inland Revenue Extradition Group;”
(b)
omit “(d) the Commissioners of Customs and Excise;”
