# The Fair Dealing Obligations (Milk) Regulations 2024, Introduction: Introductory text


This draft Statutory Instrument supersedes the draft of the same title which was laid before Parliament and published on 21st February 2024 (ISBN 978-0-348-25776-2). It is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that draft statutory instrument.
Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under sections 29(10) and 50(6)(a) of the Agriculture Act 2020, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.

Coming into force
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 29 and 50(3) of the Agriculture Act 2020, makes the following Regulations.
In accordance with sections 29(10) and 50(6)(a) of the Agriculture Act 2020, a draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House.
