# The Fair Dealing Obligations (Milk) Regulations 2024, Regulation 10: Method and frequency of payment


A milk purchase contract must set out—
(a) the first day on which;
(b) the method by which; and
(c) the frequency with which,
the business purchaser will pay the producer for milk under the contract.
