  "text": "(1) A milk purchase contract must set out a procedure according to which a producer may make a complaint to the business purchaser relating to the milk purchase contract.\n(2) The procedure must provide—\n(a) that the producer must make the complaint by giving a notice to the business purchaser;\n(b) the contact details of a person to whom the producer may give the notice; and\n(c) that, upon receiving the notice, the business purchaser must investigate, and take all reasonable steps to resolve, the complaint.",
