# The Family Law (Scotland) Act 2006 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2006, Article 10: The Civil Partnership Act 2004


In section 113(6) of the Civil Partnership Act 2004 (civil partners: competency of interdict) the words “and in sections 114 to 116” are repealed.
