# The Family Law (Scotland) Act 2006 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2006, Article 6: The Matrimonial Homes (Family Protection) (Scotland) Act 1981


In section 14(6) of the Matrimonial Homes (Family Protection) (Scotland) Act 1981 (interdict competent where spouses live together) the words “and in sections 15 to 17” are repealed.
