# The Family Law (Scotland) Act 2006 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2006, Article 9: The Civil Partnership Act 2004


In paragraph (a) of each of subsections (2) and (3) of section 108 of the Civil Partnership Act 2004 (interests of heritable creditors), for “an affidavit sworn or affirmed” substitute “a written declaration signed”.
