The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 44(1) and (2) of the Family Law (Scotland) Act 2006^f1 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order, a draft of which has, in accordance with section 44(5) of that Act, been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament:
