# The Family Procedure (Modification of Enactments) Order 2011, Article 29: Amendment of the Litigants in Person (Costs and Expenses) (Magistrates’ Courts) Order 2001


In article 3 of the Litigants in Person (Costs and Expenses) (Magistrates’ Courts) Order 2001, after “1980” insert “or under section 75 of the Courts Act 2003”.
