# The Family Procedure (Modification of Enactments) Order 2011, Article 35: Amendment of the Family Proceedings Fees Order 2008


For article 1(2)(b), substitute—
“(b) “the FPR 2010” means the Family Procedure Rules 2010; and
(c) expressions also used in the FPR 2010 have the same meaning as in the FPR 2010.”.
