# The Field Allowance for New Oil Fields Order 2010, Article 2: Qualifying oil field


A deep water gas field is a qualifying oil field for the purposes of Schedule 44 and paragraph 20 of Schedule 44 (qualifying oil fields) shall be treated as modified accordingly.
