# The Financial Assistance Scheme Regulations 2005, Paragraph 8: De minimis rule


Where the amount of an annual payment determined in accordance with the previous provisions of this Schedule would, but for this paragraph—
(a) in the case of paragraphs 3 and 4, be less than £520;
(b) in the case of paragraph 5, be less than £260,
the amount of that payment shall be nil.
