  "text": "(1) The Department for Employment and Learning may provide financial assistance to bodies which have among their objectives the provision of advice, support or representation to persons concerning, or the promotion of awareness and understanding of, the law and practice relating to employment and industrial relations.\n(2) In paragraph (1) “financial assistance” means assistance by way of grants or loans on such conditions (including conditions as to repayment) as that Department may determine.",
