# The Financial Regulators’ Powers (Technical Standards etc.) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 6: Amendment of the Bank of England Act 1998


In Schedule 6A to the Bank of England Act 1998, in paragraph 17(9)—
(a) after paragraph (f), insert—
“(fa) making technical standards in accordance with Chapter 2A of Part 9A of that Act;”
(b) after paragraph (g), insert—
“(h) making EU Exit instruments under the Financial Regulators’ Powers (Technical Standards) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018.”.
