  "text": "(1) The Legislative and Regulatory Reform (Regulatory Functions) Order 2007 is amended as follows\n(2) In Part 1 of the Schedule, after the “Financial Conduct Authority”, insert—\n“The Financial Reporting Council Limited, other than regulatory functions which are functions it had delegated under regulation 3 of the Statutory Auditors and Third Country Auditors Regulations 2016 as at 6th April 2021”.",
