  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 116(1) of the Financial Services Act 2012, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nFinancial Services And Markets\nMade * 2013\nComing into force in accordance with article 1\nIn accordance with section 116(1) of the Financial Services Act 2012, a draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House.\nIn accordance with section 107(5) of the Financial Services Act 2012, the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment in Northern Ireland has consented to the provisions of this Order which are made by virtue of section 107(2)(i).\nThe Treasury make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 107 and 115(2) of the Financial Services Act 2012:",
