# The Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2013, Paragraph 3: Amendments of legislation made under the Building Societies Act 1986


(1) Regulation 3 of the Building Societies (Business Names) Regulations 1998 is amended as follows.
(2) For “Authority” substitute “FCA”.
(3) In the heading to that regulation, for “Authority’s” substitute “FCA’s”.
